To uplift and motivate the community as well as ourselves while building a true Brotherhood. Not just with the Brother's of Xi Omega Phi Fraternity Incorporated, but amongst the community also. Most importantly spreading LOVE and establishing UNITY in the community/world regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation or religion and giving back to those that may be less fortunate than ourselves.
